De-identified Database + Remote Desktop

Through the package we are offering access to de-identified data set of MUHC population in the PCORnet Common data model. This comes along with a secured remote desktop to perform analysis using platforms like SAS, Python, R in either windows or Linux systems. The data base is de-identified with randomly shifted dates. There are different types of environments with various storage and computing sizes.

What does an end user need to request this service?

  1. Non HSR determination approval email from IRB (request from https://ecompliance.missouri.edu/my/irb/reviews/newand select human-subjects-research-determination)
  2. PI’s approval will be sent if requestor is not the PI
  3. Submit de-identified data request if you need specific population
  4. Sign our data use agreement

Environment Costs:

Currently, there is not cost for the use of environments.
