PI approval will be obtained if the requestor is not the Principal Investigator on the study.

Anything in our data dictionary with a service scope within 2 hours of Honest Broker time is free of charge. Requests above 2 hours or for entities not in the data dictionary are charged on an hourly basis. Check our fees →
Usual turnaround time is 2–3 weeks, depending on how quickly we receive all required data elements and current research workload. Requests with additional data elements from source systems will take longer.
PHIs requested must match the HIPAA waiver. Also check the ‘Other Unique Identifiers’ field in the HIPAA waiver if requesting Visit Numbers / FINs.
